Passionate about movement and health, Anik Laflamme has been helping patients at Centre TMO since 2010 with an approach that is both compassionate, rigorous, and focused on achieving lasting results.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Sherbrooke (2007) and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa (2010), and has over 15 years of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions. Her combined training in physiotherapy and kinesiology provides her with a deep understanding of human movement, allowing her to identify the underlying causes of pain and prescribe precise and effective exercises.
Anik has developed particular expertise in the treatment of complex low back pain and disc-related conditions. She is also highly effective in the assessment and treatment of shoulder pain, a region that is often challenging, where her precise movement analysis and her approach combining manual therapy with targeted exercises lead to excellent results. Since 2012, she has also been practicing Physiotherapy Dry Needling, an advanced technique that helps release deep muscular tension and accelerate recovery.
Her approach combines manual therapy, modern physiotherapy techniques, and targeted exercises to provide intelligent and lasting rehabilitation. A sports enthusiast, she dedicates her expertise to helping each patient return optimally to their activities.
