   • Mention the amount of the gift certificate you would like and we can hand-deliver it to you at the clinic, e-mail you a printable version or send it to you by mail ($4 postal charge).
2. By e-mail to info@centretmo.com (payment by credit card only):
   • Mention your name and phone number, as well as the amount of the and we’ll contact you to arrange payment;
   • We can deliver it to you in person at the clinic, send it to you by e-mail or send it to you by mail (postal charge of 4$).
3. By coming to the clinic at 79 boulevard Saint-Raymond, Gatineau, QC J8Y 1S4.

Don’t worry, our gift certificates retain their value indefinitely. They can be from the date of purchase and are applicable to all our massage therapy services.

After the massage therapy service has been provided, we will issue a massage therapy receipt addressed to the person receiving the massage for insurance purposes.

Please note that we cannot issue an insurance receipt to the purchaser of a gift certificate (unless that person is also the recipient of the service).

• Applicable to massage therapy services only. Not applicable for physiotherapy and osteopathy services;
• Has no expiry date;
• Non-refundable, non-redeemable and non-exchangeable;
• By appointment only;
• Limit of one (1) gift certificate per person, per visit;
• Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion;
• Taxes included.
