Raised in an active and health-conscious family, her interest in the field of health and wellbeing has been a natural evolution that was reinforced through positive personal experiences with alternative healthcare.

Finding that the remedies offered by allopathic healthcare were at times not suitable, she had recourse to various alternative healthcare modalities at times as a substitute or as a complementary treatment, solidifying her interest in a career in the alternative health field.

However, feeling limited by the scope of practice, she sought a more holistic form of intervention that would pursue the cause of the dysfunction. Osteopathic Manual Therapy was the answer for her.
